MLB Spring Training Local Lead; Strategic Sales - Team Sales: 11/17 – 6/18

Owned the local execution of the 2018 MLB Spring Training Initiative as lululemon officially partnered with the MLB to create team co-branded product and community experiences for eight Major League Baseball teams.
Major skillsets required and actioned in this role: agility, entrepreneurship, strong leadership + communication to a variety of staff teams, partnership + nourishment of relationships, mindful event planning, inventory processing management, strong focus on brand awareness, being able to assess my people and situations at hand and move to action quickly.
Key partner working with the community team to support local digital strategy and storytelling, and bridging the gap between local pop-up experiences into greater community team initiatives.
Project was based out of one store, bringing in an additional $90k in six days and a total of 12 operating hours.

Men’s Community Strategist; 2/17 – 6/18
A role I created, inspired by the men’s Captain program and supported by my Area Director, Regional Manager and Phoenix Market Store Manager’s.
Build, drive & execute the Men’s Market Strategy in PHX.
Develop & lead a PHX men’s team that create & executes individual store strategies aligned with market strategy.
Develop, manage and lead 3 large scale men’s projects in the market.
My first men’s initiative was creating and nourishing lululemon’s relationship with the MLB, specifically within the Cactus League during spring training.  As a direct reflection of this project we brought in an additional $150k in sales during the month of March 2017.
Build new relationships + nourish current relationships.
Grow Phoenix market men’s sales in 2017 by 5%.

Part of the leadership team focused on innovation to drive sales, enhance our community and people acceleration within our team at Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Shoot, edit and produce videos ranging in content from ambassador store photo unveiling to interviews with community influencers. 
Achieved engagement of 40,000 reached, 11,000 views and hold more than 400 likes and comments on lululemon athletica Phoenix’s Facebook page with my seven videos as of summer 2016.

Faculty Associate, KAET Arizona PBS Channel 8; Phoenix, AZ – 2/15 – present
In this position I advise select broadcast students from Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication during spring training.  I am responsible for helping these students come up with video packages and then seeing it through with them from beginning to end, and then approving the final package before uploading to partnering web platform ArizonaSports.com. 

Executive Senior Production Assistant, ESPN – X GAMES; Aspen, CO & Austin, TX– 1/15 - 2/16
In this position I am responsible for organizing the daily truck schedule, production schedule and athlete schedules for the Senior TV Production team.  A major role was communication with ESPN headquarters in Bristol, CT regarding the show rundowns everyday.  Any changes made to the rundown had to be updated immediately and passed along to the proper producers. 


Host, JEEP Summer Concert Series; Denver, CO – 10/14 - present
As the host-emcee for the 2014 JEEP Summer Concert Series at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, I hosted the crowd through contests, as well as introducing the opening act, Parachute and headlining band, OAR.

In-Game Host & Sideline Reporter, MLL Denver Outlaws; Denver, CO – 4/13 – 4/15
My roles included, but were not limited to hosting in-game promotions to hosting Outlaws organized events, pulling players for live interviews at halftime and post-game and even directing live hits during games i.e. organizing volunteers, prepping groups like the color guard and national anthem of the day, directing camera man, etc.  Additionally, I produced and hosted a segment called LAX 101 highlighting a different player every week.


Rapids Live! Host, MLS Colorado Rapids; Denver, CO – 3/14 - 2/15
As the host of Rapids Live!, I produced content for a live pre-game and intermission show at Dicks Sporting Goods Park during games. Reported live from the sidelines for game updates and highlights.
 
Avs Live! Host, NHL Colorado Avalanche; Denver, CO – 12/13 - 2/15
As the host of Avs Live!, I produced content for pre-game, first intermission and second intermission for home games at Pepsi Center. Took fans behind the scenes with prepared content from practices and events, as well as live game updates and highlights with Altitude TV and the NHL Network.


Associate Producer, TMZ Sports; Los Angeles, CA – 6/14–11/14
Recruited to be a part of the new TMZ Sports team.  Responsible for being on top of every sports headline 24/7 by either breaking stories, getting an exclusive or finding a new angle on it.  Covered stories from Dez Bryant crashing a high school homecoming dance to talking to legal teams regarding the Ray Rice domestic violence incident.  Broke the stories for the website and discussed them on our show.

Sideline Reporter, Altitude TV Network; Denver, CO – 12/13-7/14
As the sideline reporter for all home games of the NLL Colorado Mammoth I was responsible for retrieving information of game day player scratches and injury reports and delivering that information live via telecast from the bench. Conducted three live interviews per game with players and coaches during and post game.

Promotions & Special Events, MLB Colorado Rockies; Denver, CO – 10/12-7/14
I worked in the office of promotions and special events.  I personally handled coordinating selecting, scheduling and hosting many in-game entertainment promotions and outside special events functions for the MLB Colorado Rockies.  One responsibility of mine was the junior starting line-up of children we coordinated for every home weekend game.  My role varied from coordinating promotion contestants at games to putting together stages, to hosting clients at team functions and everything else in between. Along with the promotional and special events responsibilities, I managed the inaugural season of the Rockies Rally Crew girls. In this role, I helped build a foundation for the future of this in-game entertainment group, while also being their point of contact for daily scheduling of events and responsibilities throughout the season. 


Field Producer & Host, Cheyenne Frontier Days; Cheyenne WY – 2013 Frontier Days
In this position I had to wear the hats of many roles at the largest outdoor rodeo and country concert series in the world.  My duties involved seeking out and executing entertainment fillers during the events, hosting in the arena during the rodeo events and field producing all interviews with talent i.e. The Band Perry, Rascal Flats, etc.

In-game Host & Assistant Director, CHL Denver Cutthroats; Denver, CO – 9/12-9/13
In-game host and spokesperson for the Central Hockey League Denver Cutthroats-the affiliate of the NHL Colorado Avalanche.  Duties included hosting promotions during every home game, hosting any Cutthroats organized events, interviewing players for segments to be used during games and for the team website.  Other responsibilities included managing the promotions team members for their assignments during game activities.

Community Relations Director, Orangetheory Fitness; Denver, CO – 1/12-7/14
In this role I was responsible for connecting our health gym with the community.  One of my most notable deals was creating a partnership with the Colorado Rockies.  I also was responsible for creating deals with bike to work day, Kroenke sports and many other partnerships within the community.

As the in-game host and face of the organization, duties included hosting promotions during home games, hosting Rockies organized events within the community and participating in promotional special events.

Produced and anchored a 3-minute sportscast delivering the news live on a PBS affiliate reaching 1.2 million homes in Arizona daily.

Online Sports Reporter/Producer, Journal Sentinel; Phoenix, AZ – 1/11-4/11
Worked as a field reporter covering the MLB Milwaukee Brewers for the Journal Sentinel during spring training season in Arizona, under Tom Hardicourt. Worked as an MMJ coming up with story ideas, shooting, editing, writing, producing and uploading the final products onto JSOnline.com.

Production Assistant/Intern, EXTRA! national television show; Los Angeles, CA- 5/08-8/08, 5/09-8/09 -- New York, NY- 6/10-8/10
Assisted producers, hosts, correspondents and bookers. Duties involved working in the newsroom and out on the field at such events as music video shoots, Women In Film Awards, TV Land Awards, ESPY Awards, movie premieres, press junkets, documentary press screenings and salon makeovers.
